General Terms and Conditions

(1) Hong Kong Tours

1.1  Overseas Tourists must make sure that they hold a validated Enter visa to Hong Kong.

      Reservations are subject to availability and are on a first-come-first-served basis.

1.2  Reservations will only be confirmed upon full payment.

1.3  Durations listed act as a guideline and are inclusive of pick up and return time.

1.4 Infants under the specified child age, that do not occupy a seat and not consuming any tour meal, will be free of charge with a full paying adult.

1.5  TOYO TRAVEL LTD reserves the right to alter the itinerary in the event of adverse traffic conditions or any unpredictable circumstances.

1.6 The tour operator and booking agent are not responsible for any loss, damage to property or personal injury due to negligence or any other cause.

1.7 Other Terms and conditions may apply depending on specific cases or according to the specific tours.

1.8 Guests will need to abide by the latest HK Government COVID-19 prevention measure. for further details to ask our Tour Guide or visit Official Government website   

(2) Macau and China Tours

2.1  Macau Casino Guidelines. The legal gambling age 21 for everyone who wants to gamble Macau. Your passport or Hong Kong identity cards are the only forms of           ID that security will accept. Cameras, laptops, and luggage aren’t generally allowed into casinos and need to be checked at the cloakroom

2.2 Departure times listed are guidelines only. Please confirm the exact departure time with the designated Tour Guide or Contact Us to reconfirm. 

2.3 For reservations of Macau and China tours, please bring along your valid travel documents.

2.4 All Diplomats and Official Passport holders will need to apply for his/her visa personally at the China Visa Office before making reservations for any China tours.

2.5  For crew-members or guests who do not possess a valid entry stamp into Hong Kong, please inform reservation staff and check for required documents prior to  booking any China or Macau Tours.

2.6 Tour prices do not cover Macau visa fee (if required), insurance, individual China visa fee and personal expenses.                       

       Tour prices are only inclusive of group visas of selected nationalities.

2.7  The tour operator and travel agent shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or personal injury due to negligence or any  other cause.

2.8  Guests will need to abide by the latest  Government COVID-19 prevention measure.

(3) Transportation  

3.1   Our tour coaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps, but we will endeavor to accommodate special needs of disabled tour participants  upon request.

3.2  All guests are requested to put on seatbelt when provided.

3.3  No Food or Drink in Vehicle.

3.4  Passenage will need to take care of its own belongings at all times, as the TOYO TRAVEL LIMITED  will not be responsible for any lost  properties.  

3.5  Guests will need to abide by the latest HK Government COVID-19 prevention measure. for further details to ask our Tour Guide or visit Official Government website   

(4)  Cancellation and Refund Policy for General Tours 

4.1   No refund will be made for all confirmed bookings except in the event of tour cancellation by the operator due to bad weather or any   unforeseen circumstances.

4.2  No refund, discount or compensation will be made to participants who choose to leave the tour before the official end of the tour, regardless of whatever portions of the itinerary remain.

4.3  Tour participants choosing to leave the tour prior to its conclusion are not entitled to any refund or compensation.

4.4  Cancellation and refund may apply depending on specific cases or according to the specific tours (If applied to this specific tour product). 

(5) Price & Payments 

5.1  All rates are based in Hong Kong Dollars. 

5.2  We accept PayPal Payment for online payment. PayPal Terms & Conditions applied. 

5.3  We accept HSBC PayMe Payment for online payment. HSBC Terms & Conditions applied. 

5.3  TOYO TRAVEL LTD reserves the right to deny the online payment .we will send you back an Email reply  regarding the deny of bookings. 

5.4  TOYO TRAVEL LTD is not responsible for any payment failure resulting from incorrect payment gateways provided by Guest when booking a service with us , any restrictions applicable to payment by guest banks or such payment gateways failure. 

5.5  It is recommended to guests that should they have any doubt on payment transaction status , they should contact their own service  providers.  


6.1 Your confirmation of tour booking will be sent to your Email address or By Whatsapp.  


7.1   Actual pick-up time of the listed tours from different hotels varies; guest(s) will be advised in the confirmation email.

7.2  Actual pick-up time may deviate from the fixed time depending on the traffic conditions.

7.3  Should the itinerary or means of transportation be changed or the tour be prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances, all extra expenses will be borne and paid on spot by guests.

7.4  Most transportation services, including the coaches, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps.

7.5  Should the tour be cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions), it may be rescheduled or refund. 

7.6  Toyo Travel Limited reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or staying time if necessaries arise.

7.7  Toyo Travel Limited shall not be responsible for any injury, damages, loss, burglary, additional expenses, accidental delay or other factors beyond its control.

(8) Weather policy  

8.1  When the rain storm or typhoon signal and special situation arrangement boat route-on the day of departure such as Two (2) hours before the assembly time.

8.2 In the case the on day; The Observatory which hoisted typhoon signal No.3 or above , or issued a black rainstorm warning, the tour will be rescheduled to other dates.

8.3  In the case on the day; The Observatory which hoisted typhoon signal No.1, or issued a yellow or red rainstorm warning, the tour will proceed as usual.

8.4  In the Case The Observatory which hoisted typhoon signal No.8 or above, or issued Black rainstorm warning, During the tour then. Then the tour will be cancelled.

(9) Additional Information

9.1  TOYO TRAVEL LTD abides by the TIC Travel Industry Council” guideline in the process of such tours and services.   

9.2  TOYO TRAVEL LTD abides by the TAR “Travel Agents Registry” guideline in the process of such tours and services.  

9.3  All photos on the website are for reference only.

9.4  Should guests have a food allergy to any food items. Guests must  provide such information to the Travel Agent or Tour Guide, Before the booking of tours or info our  Tour Guide before the start of tours.  

9.5  Optional services will be provided at the guest’s own expenses.

9.6  Guests should arrive at the pick-up location at least 15mins before the Departure Time.

9.7  Should guests have any understanding issues please email to us for enquiries.

9.8 Age between 3 & 11 or seniors should bring along their passport.

9.9 Age between 3 & 11 Must be joined by Adult Guardian. 

9.10 Guests may need to present their passports or identity cards

(10) Personal Data Statement to Customers (“Statement”)

This Statement is to inform the customers of the policies and practices with respect to the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, security and access of personal data adopted by the Company in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Cap. 486 (“Ordinance”). References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “ours” in this Statement are to be construed, depending on the context, as referring to those properties or entities collectively or severally.

10.1   From time to time, it is necessary for customers to supply us with data in connection with the provision of goods and/or services.

10.2  Failure to supply such data may result in us not being able to provide the goods and/or services.

10.3  The customer agrees that any personal data with respect to the customer or any other party which has been provided by the customer to us (“Personal Data”) may be disclosed and transferred to the following persons who shall hold, use, process, retain or transfer such Personal Data for the purposes mentioned in paragraph 4: 

              I. Any agent, contractor, credit provider, financial institution, service provider or professional advisers of ours

                or any other person under a duty of confidentiality to us;

             II. Any of our holding companies, their subsidiaries and any company in which the same has a direct interest ; and

             iii. Any actual or proposed assignee or transferee of ours.

 10.4  The customer acknowledges and agrees that his/her Personal Data is provided to and retained by us for the following purposes and for other purposes as shall be agreed between the customer and us or required by law from time to time:the provision of any goods and/or services to the customer the meeting of the requirements to make disclosures under the requirements of any law; and any other purposes relating to the above;

 10.5. We intend to use the customers’ personal information (including their names and contact details) for use in direct marketing of the news, offers, services, promotions, events and other information in relation to our hospitality businesses. We may not so use the customers’ personal information without the customers’ consent or indication of no objection. We will always ask for the customers’ consent or indication of no objection before using the customers’ personal information for direct marketing. Customers may always opt-out from receiving our direct marketing communications by following the instructions in the relevant communications or contact us directly at

 10.6   Under and in accordance with the Ordinance, the customer has the right to:

            I. Check whether we hold any Personal Data with respect to the customer;

           II. Access such of the Personal Data which we hold with respect to the customer;

          III. Require us to correct any Personal Data which is inaccurate; and

         IV. Ascertain our policies and practices (from time to time) in relation to the Personal Data and to be informed of the  kinds of the Personal Data held by us.

10.7  In accordance with the Ordinance, we have the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request. Any request for access to the Personal Data or correction of the Personal Data or information regarding policies and practices and kinds of Personal Data held should be in writing and addressed as follows:

Customers can also send written requests regarding access to the Personal Data or correction of the Personal Data addressed to the Sales & Marketing Administrator at the individual hotel property managed and/or operated by the Company.

(11)Security Statement

11.1 By default, our survey collectors have Transport Layer Security (TLS) enabled to encrypt respondent traffic. While the internet is not an inherently secure environment for communications, security of internet communications can be enhanced by the application of appropriate technology. However, internet security is not solely a technical issue, knowledge on security of personal and transaction data as well as general measure are equally important. “Hackers” could only attack a system through a “door”. However, in most cases imprudent transmission and handling of sensitive data such as confidential documents, password, personal identifiers etc. would facilitate unauthorized access to such a “door” by “hackers”. Hence, internet users should be cautious when handling such kind of sensitive documents and data.

11.2 In order to prudently preserve all personal data obtained from users of our websites, apart from firewalls and other sophisticated technical facilities, we also provide and maintain other stringent security measures so as to protect our system as well as the information and data retained therein from accidental or malicious destruction or damage.

(12) The Above Statement has been translated into different languages. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the other versions, the English version shall prevail.

(13) TOYO TRAVEL LIMITED reserves All Terms and conditions to make any changes to the above statement. 

(14) Should there be any disputes, the decision of Toyo Travel Limited  will be final.
